MAF RODA AGROBOTIC have manufactured grading, sorting and packaging lines for fresh fruit and vegetables for more than 50 years and their involvement in New Zealand began in 2004 after the purchase of Lynx Hort. ​​
​ In 2016 MAF RODA AGROBOTIC saw increased opportunity in NZ and focused resources to build a team of experienced technicians with the objective of increased sales and more personalised support for those existing customers.
The business relocated to Mt Maunganui to be closer to the main growing area for kiwifruit and since then, MAF NZ has installed new equipment year after year and is now the leading post harvest supplier to the NZ Kiwifruit industry with 200 packing lanes and now retrofitting competitors equipment to add value to customers. Overall there is current MAF RODA equipment in over 30 NZ packhouses
MAF NZ have the the majority of Gisborne Citrus packed on MAF RODA machinery, apple lines in Hawkes Bay, stonefruit and cherry lines in Central Otago, the majority of kiwifruit in Motueka, an automated infeed at the largest Blueberry packhouse in NZ and the latest end to end Avocado line in Katikati.

All MAF components are manufactured in France and Spain to a high standard and are shipped directly to our New Zealand customers. Our team of dedicated technicians program, install and commission the equipment whilst providing excellent post sales support.
